Kimchi Fries. That’s right. These delightful things are from a Korean-Mexican fusion food truck, Chi’lantro, based in Austin, Tx. 
Ingredients include Caramelized Kimchi, Korean BBQ sauce, chopped grilled onions, cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, magic sauce, sriracha and sesame seeds. All set on top of a pile of crispy French fries.

Roasted Purple Potatoes

(tossed in olive oil, salt, pepper, adobe seasoning….roasted and topped with ginger dressing)

Saffron Rice

(rice, chicken stock, onions, lemon, saffron)

Sautéed Garlic Eggplant and Spinach

6 Layered Dip (3 layers X 2)
 what I should have been eating while watching the Superbowl…but was studying for a midterm instead…
Ingredients:
cream cheese
chili powder
garlic powder
cheddar cheese
bacon
salsa
lettuce
tomatoes
olives
Mix cream cheese with chili powder and garlic powder. (If too hard to mix, pop it in the microwave for 30-45 seconds). Spread into dish as first layer.
On top of the cream cheese, spread evenly a layer of salsa.
Sprinkle on some grated cheese.
Repeat 1-3.
Cut bacon into little pieces, cook on frying pan until crispy. Sprinkle it on top of cheese.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees C for about 10-20 mins.
Top with lettuce, tomoto, and olives.
Enjoy with tortilla chips or whatever you have!
